What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items cannot be returned.

ICEGIANT uses premium materials including 18K gold plating, S925 sterling silver, and high-grade cubic zirconia for jewelry, while our apparel is crafted from heavyweight luxury cotton blends.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on all jewelry items covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
